These terms cover the Rankly service. Rankly is a small agency run by Iftikhar Ahmed Khan in Quetta, Pakistan. By starting a pilot or using Rankly, you agree to them.
What Rankly does
When you miss a call, Rankly texts the caller back within a minute so you can reply from your phone. Depending on what we set up with you, Rankly can also reply to website form leads, send review requests after each job, and send you a monthly report of missed calls and replies.
The 14-day free pilot
The pilot runs for 14 days on your real number and costs nothing. If you decide not to keep Rankly after the pilot, you pay nothing and the setup fee is waived.
Pricing after the pilot
If you keep Rankly, the price is $200 setup plus $150 a month. It is month to month, so there is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time by emailing us.
No guarantee of jobs
Rankly helps you answer callers faster. We can't promise it will bring you any jobs, bookings, or income. Whether a caller replies, and whether you win the job, depends on things we don't control.
Text messages travel through phone carriers, so they can be delayed or fail to arrive. We do our best to run the service well, but we can't promise it will always work without interruption or errors.
Your part
- Give us accurate details about you and your business.
- You reply to your callers and you are responsible for the jobs you take and the work you do.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
